In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal and the possibility of cancelling the order apply exclusively to private consumers (natural persons purchasing for non-professional purposes).

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days from the day after delivery.

The withdrawal must be communicated by completing the form at the bottom of this page.

The consumer may inspect the goods as they would in a shop.
If the goods are used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, using a coffee machine to actually prepare beverages), the refunded value may be proportionally reduced or, in the event of use that renders the goods no longer resalable as new for hygiene or sanitary reasons, the refund may be zero. In such cases, the product will be made available for collection by the customer at our premises within 7 days; after this period, it will be disposed of. Shipping costs for collection will be borne by the customer.

A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary. The consumer has a legal duty to take care of the goods.

Damage or alterations caused or permitted by the consumer may void the right to a refund.

Cancelled orders with goods returned damaged, used, worn, scratched, modified or missing any provided accessory will not be refunded.
Damaged products will be available for collection by the customer within 7 days. After this period they will be disposed of.

The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

The return address is indicated on the transport document/invoice.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of the written withdrawal notice.

In the event of withdrawal, all payments made will be refunded, including standard shipping costs (the cheapest option), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the moment we were informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the consumer has provided proof of having returned them, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

For purchases made by companies, professionals or VAT-registered entities, the right of withdrawal does not apply and orders are to be considered binding and non-cancellable, unless otherwise communicated in writing by Kasastore.

This right of withdrawal is recognised in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights.
