In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to private consumers (natural persons purchasing for purposes not related to their professional activity).

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the goods.

The withdrawal must be communicated in writing to the following email address: recesso@mynewtools.com, by means of an explicit statement of the intention to withdraw from the contract.

The consumer may handle and inspect the goods as they would in a physical store, only to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary, the Seller may apply a proportional reduction of the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the product, in accordance with Article 14 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

In particular, products that are used, damaged, incomplete, altered, without original packaging or no longer resalable as new will not be fully refunded.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer.

The return address is indicated on the delivery note and/or invoice.

The goods must be returned within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, all payments received, including standard outbound shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal. Additional shipping costs (e.g. express delivery, special services, pallet delivery) are not refundable.

The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided.

For companies, professionals and VAT-registered customers, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

This right is governed by Directive 2011/83/EU and the relevant national implementing legislation.
