All products sold by Mynewtools by Kasastore are covered by:

• The manufacturer's commercial warranty
• The 24-month legal warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to EU Directive 2019/771

The Customer must retain the purchase invoice to access warranty services.

Manufacturer's warranty: provided according to the terms included in the product documentation and published by the manufacturer. Conditions and duration may vary depending on the brand.

24-month legal warranty: applies exclusively to private consumers (purchases without VAT number). It covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery and appearing within 24 months, provided the product is used correctly and according to the supplied instructions.

In case of a lack of conformity, Mynewtools by Kasastore will assist the customer free of charge through repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, as required by law.

Business customers and professionals (purchases made with VAT number) are not eligible for the 24-month consumer warranty. Only the manufacturer’s commercial warranty applies to them.

If, after inspection by an Authorized Service Center, the product is found not to be defective, diagnostic, repair, and transport costs may be charged to the Customer.

Replacement for DOA (Dead On Arrival) is only available if explicitly provided by the manufacturer. Processing times for warranty repairs depend solely on the manufacturer's policies.

If the product must be returned, it must be shipped in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals, and components.
