Advance Bank Transfer
Orders paid by advance bank transfer will be processed only after the full amount due has been credited to the bank account in the name of Kasastore di Marco Brusadin, which must occur within 2 business days from order submission. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Credit Card (via Stripe)
Credit card payments are accepted for orders up to €1,500.00. At the time of the online transaction, the bank only authorises the charge for the purchase amount. In the event of order cancellation by the Customer or non-acceptance by Mynewtools by Kasastore, the transaction will be released. Refund times depend exclusively on the relevant banking circuit and may take up to the timeframes provided by it (approximately up to 24 days from the authorisation date). Mynewtools by Kasastore cannot be held responsible for any delays in the release of the amount.

Scalapay (Buy Now, Pay Later)
With Scalapay you can split your purchase into 3 interest-free instalments, for orders up to €1,500.00. The service is available in supported countries and is subject to Scalapay’s terms and conditions. Payment approval is subject to Scalapay’s assessment. The order is shipped immediately, while payment is handled directly by Scalapay.

Security
During the purchase, Mynewtools by Kasastore never accesses the Customer’s credit card details, which are transmitted via a secure SSL connection directly to the banking institution processing the transaction. At the time of order confirmation, the card data are securely transmitted to obtain authorisation. Mynewtools by Kasastore does not receive nor store the card number, but only the authorisation confirmation. This system ensures maximum protection for both the Customer and the Seller. Thanks to SSL encryption, no sensitive data can be intercepted online.
