Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The contract between Kasastore di Marco Brusadin, operating through the website Mynewtools.com, and the Customer shall be deemed concluded upon acceptance of the order by the Seller.
Such acceptance shall be considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer.
By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions of sale, the payment methods, delivery times and methods, the right of withdrawal, warranties and the privacy policy.
If the Customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, they are invited to retain a copy of these terms.

By entering into the purchase contract, the Customer purchases one or more products remotely offered on the website https://www.mynewtools.com.
Receipt of the order is confirmed by email containing an order summary and the relevant order number, to be used in all subsequent communications.
The Customer is required to verify the accuracy of the information provided and promptly report any errors.

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller, who reserves the right to cancel them solely in the event of product unavailability, evident pricing or description errors, or other objective and duly justified reasons.

Order Cancellation
The Customer may request cancellation of the order prior to shipment. Cancellation is not automatic and remains subject to acceptance by the Seller.

Most products sold on Mynewtools.com are supplied on order. After receipt of the order and payment, the goods may be ordered from the supplier. If the order has already been forwarded to the supplier or if procurement processes have already started, cancellation may no longer be accepted.

If cancellation is accepted, any refund will be issued net of actual and non-recoverable costs incurred by the Seller, provided such costs are duly documented. No fixed penalties are applied to consumers resident in the European Union.

For orders placed by companies, professionals, VAT holders or customers not resident in the European Union, the Seller reserves the right to refuse cancellation or to apply management and payment processing costs.

Order cancellation is separate and distinct from the right of withdrawal, which is governed by applicable law and applies exclusively to consumers.
