Dispatch and delivery times are estimated based on information provided by manufacturers and carriers at the time of the order. Most products sold on Mynewtools.com are supplied made to order.

Order status can always be checked ONLINE by logging into your account under the “Orders” section, where the estimated dispatch date is also shown.

Any updates will be communicated to the Customer exclusively in the event of material changes to the indicated timeframes or events that may affect product availability.

In some cases, for reasons not attributable to the Seller—such as production delays, temporary unavailability, public holidays, or procurement difficulties—dispatch times may change.

If the indicative timeframes are exceeded, the Customer will receive automatic notifications with the updated order status.

Once dispatched, the Customer will automatically receive a message containing the tracking details and all useful information to follow the delivery.

If the delay extends beyond a reasonable period and it is not possible to provide a new dispatch estimate, the Customer may request termination of the contract with a refund of the amounts paid, within the limits provided by applicable law.

Any refusal of delivery or failed delivery attributable to the Customer (incorrect or incomplete address, recipient not available, failure to collect) will result in the Customer being charged the shipping, storage and handling costs actually incurred by the Seller.
